La pizza Margherita y otras historias.

La tradición cuenta que en junio de1889 para honrar a la reina de Italia Margarita de Saboya, el cocinero Raffaele Esposito de la pizzeria Brandi creó la pizza Margarita,  representando sus condimentos tomate, mozzarella y albahaca los colores de la bandera de Italia.

Fue la primera receta en incorporar queso.

My favourite lunch

I have a hot lunch at school. I love spagueti carbonara. I also like salad with fruit and chicken. I don't like fish or potato.
My favourite lunch is when we have a mortadella sandwich - it's a special treat!
